1. Service Specifications

Florida Roofing provides roofing, remodeling, painting, and floor removal services. Specific details of the extent of work will be defined in the service contract agreed upon between the client and the company. Any additional work outside the scope defined in the contract must be approved in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

2. Estimates and Payments

Estimate: All quotes provided are approximate and are subject to change based on additional inspections, changes in scope of work, or variations in material prices.

Payments: Payments will be made according to the terms specified in the contract. We generally require a 30% down payment prior to the start of work, with the remaining balance to be paid in agreed phases or upon completion of the project.

Payment Methods: We accept payments in cash, check, wire transfer, and credit cards. Payments must be made according to the dates established in the contract.

3. Execution Terms

Execution times are estimates based on availability of materials, weather conditions and other factors. Florida Roofing is committed to completing the work within the agreed time frame, but is not responsible for delays caused by conditions beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any changes to the deadlines.

4. Warranties

Materials and Workmanship Warranties: Specific warranties for materials and labor are detailed in the service contract. Florida Roofing is committed to correcting any defect covered by the warranty at no additional cost to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by extreme conditions, misuse, lack of maintenance, or alterations made by third parties without our authorization.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Access and Preparation: The customer must provide adequate access to the work site and prepare the area as necessary. This includes protecting personal property and removing furniture or belongings from the work area.

Permits and Licenses: The client is responsible for obtaining all permits and licenses necessary for the work, unless otherwise agreed to in the contract.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Modifications: Any change in the scope of work must be requested in writing and approved by both parties. Changes may result in adjustments to the project cost and timeline.

Cancellations: If the client decides to cancel the contract after work has begun, they may be subject to cancellation fees and loss of the advance payment, depending on the progress of the project.

7. Dispute resolution

Any dispute or disagreement arising in connection with the service contract will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Both parties agree to resolve any conflict in a fair and equitable manner.

8. Responsibility

Florida Roofing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the performance of our services. Our liability is limited to the total value of the contract.

9. Confidentiality

All information provided by the client will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes established in the service contract. We will not share personal information with third parties without the customer’s explicit consent, except where required by law.

10. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

Florida Roofing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. It is the customer’s responsibility to periodically review these terms.
